Owner / Casting Director
Amy Hutchinson, CSA, held executive positions both as a former Vice President of Development at One Traveler (All3Media America) and as Vice President of Development at Magical Elves, as well as Director of Development & Talent at Indigo Films, and Director of Development at JOHLT Productions. She originated and developed the Emmy-nominated The Fox Hollow Murders for Hulu/ABC News Studios, and is a member of both the Casting Society of America and the Television Academy. With over 20 years of experience on 60+ seasons of television, Amy has gained a deep love for the field of unscripted, as she believes it shines a light on the beauty of the human experience and exposes us to many diverse walks of life.

Konner Cooke is a seasoned entertainment professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. His passion for storytelling and connecting with people ignited his career in unscripted television, where he thrives on bringing unfiltered and compelling stories to life. As a Supervising Casting Producer, Konner has worked across a wide range of projects with networks and platforms including Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+, FOX, HGTV, and more. Konner is excited to continue connecting audiences with the people and perspectives they may never have discovered otherwise.

Casting Director
Viva Weber, co-founder of PUBLIC, brings nearly two decades of experience finding compelling people and stories for unscripted television. Known for launching first-season series and building relationships that open doors, Viva pairs creative instinct with hands-on leadership. Her approach starts with curiosity, earns trust, and helps real people feel comfortable sharing what makes them extraordinary. She is a member of both the Casting Society of America and the Television Academy. At the heart of her work is a deep appreciation for the power of unscripted storytelling to broaden perspectives, create connection, and reveal the extraordinary in everyday lives.

Producer
Kyle Cadotte is an Emmy Award–winning producer whose work spans development, casting, and production for television, film, and branded content. Her credits include projects for Netflix, Discovery, CNN, Hulu, and HBO. She has managed Academy Award–nominated and Obie Award–winning production companies in New York and Los Angeles and holds an MFA in Producing from Columbia University School of the Arts.
